The Indy, the Tai Pan, the Seatbelt. These are names for moves, or 'board grabs’ in kitesurfing. So, what is kitesurfing? And how can you get in to it? Kitesurfing is an internationally renowned extreme sport that has literally ‘taken off’ in the last decade. Participants ride a board (with or without bindings) and take part individually in open bodies of water, mainly off coastlines and on lakes. Using a water-relaunchable kite to ride through water, they can reach amazing speeds, and perform jumps, grabs and rotations.
The great thing about kite boarding is that you can do it all over the world; it is a great way to meet local’s people and see more of your favorite beach vacation spots. Once you’re in you’re in for life and a lifestyle that can not be beaten even with a big stick.
If you want to have a go then you have come to the right place!!!
